Goal

Snappy approached us when they were ready to invest in their brand. They had no online presence but thanks to a strong sales team who went door-to-door to pitch their solution to small businesses, Snappy had a strong customer base with plans to expand to the American market.

Strategy

Customer interviews and a positioning strategy workshop revealed Snappy’s happiest customers were privately-owned restaurant owners who could benefit from every product, rather than some. To target this audience, we repositioned Snappy as a restaurant technology partner who offered products to increase sales, bring customers back, and streamline operations.

When restaurant owners visit Snappy’s website it's clear they’re in the right place. The imagery, tagline, success stories, and product descriptions are optimized to display how Snappy can help them overcome their challenges and grow their restaurant business. Internally, Snappy has a clear vision for its business. They know where they fit in new markets because they know who their product is for.
